Actor Dhruv Vikram will be playing the lead role in the forthcoming romantic drama Adithya Varma, remake of the cult Telugu hit Arjun Reddy, which starred Vijay Devarakonda as the male lead. The Tamil version is directed by Gireesayya and Banita Sandhu will reprise the role played by Shalini Pandey in the original.
Produced by Mukesh R. Mehta under the banner E4 Entertainment, Adithya Varma is shot by veteran lensman Ravi K. Chandran while Vivek Harshan handles the editing department. The makers have already released the official teaser and two songs featured in the film. The drama features music composed by Radhan.
The trailer and the soundtrack of the film was officially released on 22nd October in a star-studded affair. The event was graced by the presence of actor Vikram amongst others. Adithya Varma is slated for a release on November 8.
