The film did wonders at the box-office within a few days. Produced by Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh and Kalpathi S. Suresh under the banner AGS Entertainment, the film has been giving stupendous records.
Meanwhile, there is one more treat for all the Thalapathy fans. A throwback video of the actor singing live at an event is doing heavy rounds in the social media. One is sure to forget his Verithanam dance watching Thalapathy Vijay sing the song.
The actor sung the hit song, Ennai Thalatta Varuvala from his 1997 movie, Kadhalukku Mariyathai which is the Tamil remake of superhit Malayalam film, Aniathipravu which stars Kunchako Boban and Shalini. Directed by Fazil, the film’s music was composed by Maestro Illayaraja. The original track was sung by Hariharan and Bhavatharini. The video is going viral and former Bigg Boss contestant, Kaajal Pasupathi too shared it on her social media. Check out!
