FOR THE FIRST TIME: PADMA SHRI-AWARDEE TO ACT OPPOSITE KAMAL HAASAN IN INDIAN 2?

Apart from the film's lead actor, Kamal Haasan, the film boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Aishwarya Rajesh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, Vidyut Jammwal, Delhi Ganesh, Samuthirakani and others.

On the technical front, Indian 2 will be shot by Rathnavelu and edited by National Award-winning editor, Sreekar Prasad. The film had already resumed its shoot - Rakul Preet Singh on August 12, Siddharth and Priya Bhavani Shankar on August 16.
