The first look poster, which features Vishal suspended from a building, has generated a lot of curiosty and excitement amongst the audiences. Vishal will be donning the role of an army officer in the film and Kabir Dulhan Singh, who plays the antagonist in the film, will be portraying a dual role in the film.

Here is a new update regarding the televison rights of the film. sources close to us have confirmed that Action's satellite rights are purchased by Vijay Television for a whopping price. Apart from Vishal, the film features Tamannaah and 'Mayanadhi' fame Aishwarya Lekshmi in lead roles while Yogi Babu and others play crucial roles.

On the technical front, Action is shot by 'Chennai Express' fame cinematographer Dudley while Srikanth N.B. and Anbariv handle the cuts and stunnt choreography respectively. Action features songs and background score by Hiphop Tamizha and is bankrolled by R. Ravindran under the banner Trident Arts. Stay tuned for more updates
