The multifaceted Vijay Sethupathi was last seen on screen as Shilpa in Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s Super Deluxe which also featured Faahadh Faasil, Samantha Akkineni and Ramya Krishnan in leading roles while Mysskin, Gayathrie, Ashwanth Ashokkumar, and Bagavathi Perumal played supporting roles.
Makkal Selvan has not only acted in movies, but also has tasted the success of a producer. He had produced films like Orange Mittai, Junga and Merku Thodarchi Malai. Directed by Lenin Bharathi, Merku Thodarchi Malai was a critically acclaimed film that fetched loads of respect for the actor for backing up such films.
And now, the actor has stepped into his fourth project as a producer and this time the actor himself has written this film titled Chennai Palani Mars. Directed by Biju of Orange Mittai fame, the film is said to feature two upcoming talents in the lead. Apart from directing, Biju also has handled the cinematography and the cuts of the movie.
