After a couple of months’ rests, shooting kick-started again in Hyderabad with other actors and actresses in attendance. It was known recently that Rajinikanth flew abroad for medical purposes.

He was approved by the centre to fly in a special plane. Off late, a snap of Superstar taken lately from the US went viral on the social media. Now, the latest update of his health which is shared by Vairamuthu is here -

According to his tweet which is in Tamil, the lyricist has informed the fans and well-wishers of the Superstar that Rajini had called him from America and he sounded hale and healthy over the phonic conversation. The medical check-up went well.
