1. The motion poster of Kalavu, starring Kalaiyarasan and Karunakaran, will be released on January 1, 2018.
2. Actor Karthi's next film, an untitled project co-starring Sayyeshaa, directed by Pandiraj is currently being shot in Madurai. After this, the team will move on to Tenkasi for the next stage of shoot.
3. Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming Junga (also featuring Sayyeshaa), is currently being shot at the Chennai Airport.

The tragic accident of 27-year-old Jeevan Kumar, who was an important member of the Thiruvannamalai Karthi Fans Welfare Association, has taken everyone by shock.
On this note, Karthi's current co-star and Vanamagan fame actress Sayyeshaa took to Twitter to express her condolences. She tweeted, "My heart felt condolences and prayers to the family of #JeevanKumar (Secretary of @Karthi_Offl fans welfare association in #Tiruvannamalai ) Extremely saddening to hear of a loss of such a young life! "
