The film's theatrical distribution in Chennai city, Trichy and Salem is undertaken by Udhayanidhi Stalin's production house Red Giant Movies. Apart from Red Giant Movies, the film will also be released in various parts of Tamil Nadu by leading distributors - Mr. G. Srinivasan of S. Pictures, Mr. K.Rajamannar of Kanthaswamy Arts Centre & Mr. Raahul.

Nerkonda Paarvai also stars Vidya Balan, Shraddha Srinath, Andrea Tariang, Abhirami, Rangaraj Pandey and others in crucial roles. The film boasts of a stellar technical crew which includes cinematographer Nirav Shah and editor Gokul Chandran while Yuvan Shankar Raja composed music for the film.
