Actor Suriya was last seen in a power-packed performance in Selvaraghavan’s NGK that also featured Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead. Produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures, in association with Reliance Entertainment, the film did wonders at the box office despite its mixed review.
The actor is currently busy with his upcoming film, Soorarai Pottru that also has Aparna Balamurali in the lead. Directed by Sudha Kongara, the film is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment in association with Guneet Monga.
While the cinematography for the film is handled by Niketh Bommireddy, the music is composed by G. V. Prakash. The first look poster of the film was released earlier too and was well-received by the audiences.
According to our sources, the latest update is that the third schedule of the film is all set to kickstart tomorrow again in Chennai. The recent addition to the team was the Hollywood stunt master Greg Powell. Looks like this film will have all the elements not only for Suriya fans but everyone who loves action films.
