Suriya is currently basking in the success of his latest hit, Soorarai Pottru which was released on the OTT platform, Amazon Prime this month. Directed by Sudha Kongara, the film was well-received by the audiences and film critics as well.
Apart from Suriya, the film also featured Aparna Balamurali in the lead while Paresh Rawal, Dr. Mohan Babu, Urvashi, Poo Ramu, Karunas Vivek Prasanna amongst others were seen in prominent roles.
The film is loosely based on former Army captain and founder of Air Deccan, Captain GR Gopinath’s book “Simply Fly”. He has also shared his review version watching the film and also mentioned why the film did not follow exactly like his book too.
Now, he has taken to his Twitter space and alerted his fans by sharing a fake Instagram account which was started with his name on it. The page is even followed by actress Aparna Balamurali and has around 7,895 followers. Sharing the screenshot, he wrote, “This Instagram was not set up by me!”
