It came as a great surprise and equally saddening news when the film was announced to have a direct OTT release. Produced by 2D Entertainment, the film will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on October 30, in over 200 countries.
While we can’t wait to catch the film soon, Behindwoods got in touch with the pioneer, Captain GR Gopinath. This passionate person has indeed come across several ups and downs to be in this position.
From a retired Captain of the Indian Army to farming to Air Deccan Group founder to an author, the real-life Maara has unveiled his interesting stories. Talking about Suriya, he said that they chatted for half-an-hour. The actor was keen in taking the captain’s permission to play his role in the film. Watch the full interview here -
