NGK is an upcoming film that has Suriya as the male lead while Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh play the female leads. Actors Bala Singh, Ponvannan, Uma Padmanabhan and others play crucial supporting roles.
The film is directed by Selvaraghavan and produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures, in association with Reliance Entertainment. The film is all set for a release on 31st May.
The film was sent for censorship a few days back and received a U certificate. The Censor board has now released the list of cuts, before the film got the certificate. It can be found in CBFC's official website: NGK Censorship details.
The film has undergone 5 cuts for profanity and cuss words that were muted. On the other hand, the film has a runtime of 148 minutes, close to two and a half hours, which is ideal for a commercial film.
NGK has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Sivakumar Vijayan and editing by Praveen KL. After this project, Suriya will be seen in Kaappaan alongside Mohanlal, Arya, and Sayyeshaa. Kaappaan is directed by KV Anand, and is releasing on 31st August. Stay tuned for more updates.
