The film features Lady Superstar Nayanthara as the female lead and has Yogi Babu, Jeeva, Nivetha Thomas, Jatin Sarna, Prateik Babbar, Nawab Shah, baby Manasvi Kottachi and others in prominent roles. The motion-poster of this film was released yesterday and was well-received by everyone.
He was recently seen in the inauguration event of Ulaganayagan’s production house, Raajkamal’s Film International’s new office and unveiling of their guru and late director, K. Balachander’s statue.
The function was attended by other several film fraternities - veteran lyricist Vairamuthu, ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam, PC Sreeram, Ishari Ganesh, G Gnanasambandam, Santhana Bharathi, Pushpa Kandaswamy amongst others.
During a speech by the Superstar, he has revealed that he watches his favourite three films - The Godfather, Thiruvilaiyadal and Kamal Haasan's Hey Ram during his free time. He also added that he has watched Hey Ram more than 30-40 times. Meanwhile, this film would be screened today on the eve of Gandhi 150.
