Up next, he has a bunch of projects in his kitty, some of them including an upcoming film with Soori and Paava Kadhaigal, a Netflix anthology. Vetri Maaran will be helming comedian Soori in an upcoming film that is based on a poem written by lyricist Na. Muthukumar.
The yet-to-be titled project is produced by Elred Kumar under the banner RS Infotainment. Now, an exciting development about the film, according to sources, is that Ilaiyaraja will be joining the movie as the music director.Also, another interesting addition to the cast of this movie is expected to be Bharathiraja.
This might also be the first time the trio are working together. Well, we can definitely look forward to something epic from this movie too. The 'Visaranai' director, in an interview to Behindwoods, said that he chose Soori as the actor's on-screen persona compliments the naivety of the character.
