Mr. Local is an upcoming film that has Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara in the lead roles. It also has Yogi Babu, Sathish and others in crucial supporting roles, and is directed by M Rajesh of Siva Manasula Sakthi, Boss Engira Baskaran, and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi fame.
The film has music by Hiphop Tamizha, Editing by Vivek Harshan, and cinematography by Dinesh Krishnan B. The makers of the film had released the trailer of the film last week, and it received a tremendous response from the audiences. Mr. Local is releasing on 17th May.
Speaking at the press meet of the film, Sivakarthikeyan revealed a lot of his earlier instances working with director Rajesh. He said he had worked in Siva Manasula Sakthi as a dubbing artist. "There is a Rajini dialogue that appears in a song in the film, and I was the one who dubbed for it. Rajesh was also the one who put together the team of Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam.
He was the one who spoke to me, convinced a producer saying that he has a good friend who writes good stories. That's how VVS happened." Catch the full video below:
