WITH SIVAKARTHIKEYAN AND VETRI MAARAN'S SUPPORT: NATIONAL AWARD-WINNING FILM'S TRAILER IS OUT
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsThe Tamil independent film Baaram has won the award for Best Tamil Feature film at the 2019 National Film Awards. Directed by Priya Krishnaswamy, Baaram features R. Raju, Sugumar Shanmugam, SuPa Muthukumar, Jayalakshmi, Stella Gobi playing important characters.
The film is produced by Priya Krishnaswamy and Ardra Swaroop, and the official trailer of the film was recently launched in the Youtube channel of Behindwoods. The 77-second long trailer gives a peek into the realistic drama about taking care of elderly people. Actor Sivakarthikeyan has also lent an opening monologue for the trailer.
With cinematography by Jayant Mahadevan, Ved Nair composes music for the film. Baaram will be presented by celebrated filmmaker Vetri Maaran. The film is set to release on February 21, 2020.
