“I STILL REGRET ACTING IN THOSE SCENES...” - SINGAM PULI ACTRESS NEELU BREAKS OUT!

In an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, Neelu opened up about her acting career, about her scenes in the movie and the various reactions she got from her friends and family.

Speaking about the particular scene in the movie, Neelu said “Actually, I was not aware that the scene would be portrayed in a glamorous way. I was never told about the same. I was also not very fluent in Tamil at that time, so I didn’t know what the dialogues also meant.”

“I faced severe backlash from my family at that time. My kids were small and they didn’t understand it. But my relatives and friends asked me why I took up the movie which involved a slightly glamorous character. Had I thoroughly knew about the character, I, for sure, wouldn’t have taken that part.”

“My kids, who are grown up now, are coming to know of the movie and scenes now. I don’t know what to say. Only after I saw the movie, I knew about the scene. I was not able to face the family after seeing the movie.”
