The JD-Jerry directors have directed the film 'The Legend', in which actor Saravanan makes his debut as the protagonist. The film stars Rithika Tiwari as the heroine. Comedians Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar, Prabhu, Nassar and Mayilsamy are in the lead roles. The late actor Vivek also starred in the film. Composed by Harris Jayaraj.

The shooting of this film is over and the release work has started. A preview of the film was released and some motion posters and two songs were released.

The audio and song release ceremony of the film was held at the Nehru Indoor Stadium yesterday. Speaking at the function, actor Saravanan answered questions from the media. When asked if he would "act alongside other heroes" he said "I will act as a solo hero". And when asked what he thinks of further criticism, he said, "Congratulations to them." And when asked why the film is so great, he said, "It's for success."
