Sasikumar was last seen on screen as Malik in Karthik Subbaraj’s Petta that had Rajinikanth along with an ensemble cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Simran, Trisha Krishnan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, Sananth Reddy, Megha Akash, and Malavika Mohanan.
He also has a number of projects lined up in his pipeline, of which his film helmed by NV Nirmal Kumar of ‘Salim’ fame has an interesting update. Touted to be an action-adventure entertainer, the film is produced by P.K. Ram Mohan of Kalpataru Pictures.
The film has veteran actor, Sarath Kumar on board. His role will totally be a new experience for the audience. And the combo of Sarath Kumar and Sasikumar will be a spotlighting element. And the latest update from sources close to the development is that the film’s title has been tentatively titled as Naana.
While Ganesh Chandra handles cinematography for the film, Anand Mani is the art director, and Sakthi Saravanan the choreographer. However, the official announcement for the film’s heroine and music director is expected to be made soon.
