JUST IN: THIS LEADING HINDI DIRECTOR ACQUIRES VIJAY'S FILM

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is rated as one of India's finest directors. He is the recipient of four National Awards. Some of his notable works are Saawariya, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.

Now the latest we hear is that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has acquired the Hindi remake rights of Vijay's blockbuster Tamil movie Kaththi. The original version was a runaway hit directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Lyca.

We are not sure if Sanjay Leela Bhansali will direct this remake under Bhansali Productions or will some other filmmaker will wield the directorial hat.
