According to Lokesh, there are many links between Kaithi and Vikram and some of Kaithi's characters are also featured in the film and the scenes related to it have been well crafted and the fans who have seen the movie have been praising it on social media. At one point in the film is the voice of prisoner Dilli (Karthi from Kaithi).
