Ramya Krishnan, the Baahubali Queen, is all excited for her next film Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, which is releasing this Friday, January 12. During an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, the Party actress shared her memories of acting in Amman, which was a milestone movie in her career.
 

She said, "I've done amman roles, already thrice before Amman, in Telugu. My glamour was at its peak when Amman released. I was the glamorous heroine of Tollywood. Nobody expected and was ready to accept the fact that I starred in an amman role. When the film released, one of my films that I did with Chiranjeevi, also released, in which I had, extremely glamorous portions.

So, in the same theatre, one screen was showing this glamorous film, and another screen was showing this Amman film. Things like these won't happen easily for a heroine, and I guess, in that way, I am very gifted, to have done both kinds of films. I was overwhelmed while seeing the audience's response to Amman in the theatres.
 

I got goosebumps when I saw myself in that role, and I got so scared after watching the audiences' reaction. It was more than what I expected."
