Screenwriter, filmmaker and cinematographer Rajiv Menon is the acclaimed lensman of many visually stunning films like Bombay, Kadal and the director of well-received films like Minsara Kanavu, Kandukkonden Kandukkonden, which had Ajith, Mammootty, Aishwarya Rai, Tabu and Abbas in lead roles and the recently released 2019 musical Sarvam Thaala Mayam.
We bring you an exciting update about his next, Our close sources inform that Rajiv Menon has roped in 'Agila Ulaga Superstar' Mirchi Shiva as the male lead for his next directorial venture. The film's cast and crew have flown to Japan to shoot some important sequences and the filming is said to commence on Monday (3rd June).
The film will be bankrolled by popular actor-producer VTV Ganesh. Mirchi Shiva was last seen the lead in CS Amudhan's 2018 spoof Tamizh Padam 2 and will be next seen playing an important role in the Venkat Prabhu directorial Party. The film will be directed by SP Hosimen of February 14 fame.
