After much anticipation, the theatrical trailer of Rajinikanth’s Petta is finally out, and it is clearly visible that Karthik Subbaraj, the film’s director, is a hardcore Rajini Fan.
Unlike the Teaser, which gave us a glimpse of Rajinikanth only, the trailer has a lot more in store. Karthik has revealed the looks of all the characters in the 2 and a half minute trailer.
The trailer starts off with Vijay Sethupathi’s voice, where he had sent 20 men, but everyone of them being whacked off by Kaali. The initial part of the trailer takes us into the life of Kaali, who happens to be a hostel warden.
In the next 20 seconds, we witness a different Rajinikanth. The naughty, romantic Rajinikanth, the one we haven’t witnessed in the past few films of his. After that, it’s nothing short of a roller-coaster. Anirudh is back with his electrifying BGM, and each frame is just icing on the cake. Thirunavukkarasu, is also in full form with impressive camera angles.
From the trailer, it looks like Petta will be a celebration of a man called Rajinikanth.
