SEMMA COMBO! POPULAR 'MORATTU SINGLE' ACTOR TO TURN VILLAIN FOR SIVAKARTHIKEYAN?

Sivakarthikeyan is one of the rising stars in Tamil cinema. He has the largest fan base in Tamil cinema. The last Sivakarthikeyan starrer Doctor was released on October 9 last year. It was well received by critics and fans alike and grossed over Rs 100 crore. The movie Doctor was released in Telugu under the name Varun Doctor and attracted the fans there as well. Since then, for the first time, the shooting of a bilingual Tamil-Telugu film starring Sivakarthikeyan has begun.

Telugu actor Naveen Polishetty has been cast in the lead role in the recently released Telugu comedy Jathi Ratnalu. The director of this film is Anudeep KV who is currently directing Sivakarthikeyan's 20th film. The film is being co-produced by Arun Viswa's Shanti Talkies, Sri Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP and Suresh Productions.

Premji as the villain

There are credible reports that actor Premji Amaran will be starring in the film. Surprisingly, Premji is said to be playing the villain in the film. The anticipation for the film has increased as Premji Amaran, who has acted in comedy roles till now, is said to be playing the villain. But no official announcement has been made yet. 

Don of Sivakarthikeyan

'Don' is a movie starring actor Sivakarthikeyan following the movie 'Doctor'. The film is produced by Sivakarthikeyan Productions in association with Lyca. The film is directed by Cibi Chakraborty, who worked as an assistant director to Attlee. Anirudh composes music. The cast also includes S J Surya, Sivanki, RJ Vijay, Munishkanth, Bala Saravanan and Kali Venkat. Following the success of Doctor, Sivakarthikeyan and Priyanka Mohan are reuniting. It has been officially announced that the film will be released on May 13th.
