The South Indian Film Artistes Association (Nadigar Sangam) is currently gearing up for the upcoming elections that is going to be held on June 23rd in RA Puram at the Dr. MGR Janaki Arts and Science College.
The two strong opposition teams - Vishal’s Pandavar Ani consisting of actors Nasser, Karthi, Karunas, and Ponvannan will now be challenged by the newly formed Swami Sankardas Ani headed by veteran actor and filmmaker K. Bhagyaraj (President), Dr.Isari K Ganesh (Secretary), Kutty Padmini and Udaya (Vice Presidents) are going to stand in the election.
The opposition team has finally revealed the name of the person contesting the Treasurer post. None other than our ‘Top Star’, Prashanth will be contesting against actor Karthi for the same post. The team filed their nominations yesterday and it has been promised that the Nadigar Sangam building will be completed within six to seven months if they are voted to power.
