The actor debuted in a negative role in 2002-Malayalam movie 'Ooma Penninu Uriyaada Payyan' and did a memorable role of a cop(negative role) in Dileep's 'Meesha Madhavan'. The actor later did lead roles in many movies and has a good fanbase in Kerala. He has also acted in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi movies.
Indrajith has now made an entry into digital platform by playing a major role in ‘Queen’, directed by Gautam Menon and Prasanth Murugesan. The web series, based on true life stories, will have ace actress Remya Krishnan doing the lead role ‘Shakthi Seshadri. The trailer of the web series was released on Thursday by the makers of the project.
Anikha Surendran, who had earlier acted in Gautam Vasudev Menon’s ‘Yennai Arindhaal’, will act in a younger role of ‘Shakthi Seshadri’. Indrajith will appear as ‘GMR’ in the web series. The web series will be aired through MX player platform.
Indrajith had reportedly told about this project earlier. He has also posted the trailer of the web series in his Facebook page. Indrajith’s ‘Thakkol’ will be released on December 6. Queen will be dubbed in four languages including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
