Actress Pooja Hegde is riding high on the success wave of the action-based family drama Ala Vaikunthapurramloo, which had Allu Arjun, Murali Sharma, Jayaram, Samuthirakani and others play important roles. The film was directed by Trivikram.
Recently, there were reports suggesting that Pooja Hegde will be pairing up with one of Suriya's characters in director Hari's Aruvaa. The actress took to Twitter to clarify on the report, tweeting that she hasn't signed up for any films as of now, but the actress has admitted that she is listening to some scripts from Kollywood.
Hegde tweeted, "Hello hello. Let’s not jump to conclusions of me doing Tamil films right now. As of now I haven’t signed anything and I have a couple of narrations lined up, but I am definitely looking forward to doing a Tamil film this year...if all goes well...fingers crossed. Thank you."
In Tamil, Pooja Hegde was last seen in Mysskin 2012 superhero film Mugamoodi, which had Jiiva as the male lead. Mugamoodi also marked her debut film. Hegde has several big-ticket projects in her pipeline, which include Prabhas 20 and Salman Khan's Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
