A lot of movies in the recent past have announced that they are going the OTT way due to the lockdown and feasibility issues. Earlier, there were rumours that One, in which Megastar Mammootty plays Kerala's Chief Minister, would be debuting on OTT platforms, but the same has been debunked by the makers, who released a statement that goes:

One starring Mammootty to hit theatres first

"We would like to bring it to your kind attention that we are not planning to release our movie One through OTT platforms. We are looking at a theatrical release of One once the pandemic situation settles down and we get back to normalcy. Taking a moment to express our gratitude and respect to everyone in the front line relentlessly working to tackle the existing challenges. Until then, let’s stay united in our distances."

One is directed by Santosh Vishwanath. Well, we must say that we can't to see our dearest Mammooka on the big screens soon.
