Earlier in 2016, emerged a young promising filmmaker in Karthick Naren. He came out with his debut project Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru which had actor Rahman in the lead role. With a bunch of newcomers on the technical front, he delivered a commercially and critically successful crime thriller.

There was a sense of conviction and stellar story telling in D16, right from its trailer. After the release of D16, Karthick received a warm welcome into the industry from many prominent stars. This in-turn led him into the production of his next, Naragasooran.

This film got some big banners to fund it, and Arvind Swami, Indrajith Sukumaran, Shriya Saran and Aathmika made the cast list an exciting one. Along with a press interaction, the trailer of Naragasooran was launched this morning, with the whole team attending the event.

Naragasooran is produced by Badri Kasthuri and has music by Ron Ethan Yohan.  Sujith Sarang has taken care of the cinematography while Sreejith Sarang is in-charge of the cuts.
