A mother traveling to Kochi for treatment of her 8-year-old son gets stuck in a bus in an accident. "O2" is a thrilling film about how she saves her son from being targeted by fellow passengers on the bus with the oxygen cylinder he always has due to his lung problem. The story is set in the hills of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The trailer is with the verse, "No mother would stay calm when her child is in danger."
