EXPERIENCED ACTOR MAKES A DEROGATORY COMMENT ON GIRLS, NAGARJUNA RETALIATES

Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming Telugu film is Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam (RVC) in which there is a dialogue that goes ‘Ammayilu aarogyaaniki haanikaramaa?’. This means, ‘Are girls injurious to health?’.

In a promotional event of the film, the anchor was casually asking this question to guests and people were giving a variety of interesting answers. But a senior artist by name Chalapathi Rao had apparently stated, “I don’t know if girls are injurious to health or not. But, they are good for bed (sex)”. This has not gone well with people for obvious reasons.

Nagarjuna, father of Naga Chaitanya expressed his thought through a tweet which read, “I always respect women personally and in my films/I definitely do not agree wt Chalapati rao's derogatory comments/dinosaurs do not exist!!”.
