OFFICIAL: EVERGREEN SUPERSTAR COMBO REUNITES FOR THALAIVAR 168!

Thalaivar 168 will be produced by Sun Pictures, who had earlier bankrolled two of Rajinikanth’s successful features such as Endhiran and the Karthik Subbaraj-directorial Petta, which released this year along with Viswasam.

The makers have officially announced that actress Meena, who had previously acted alongside Rajinikanth in KS Ravikumar-directed Muthu, will also be acting in the film. Thalaivar 168 music will be composed by D. Imman while Keerthy Suresh, Soori, Prakash Raj and others will also be featuring in the film.

On the work front, Rajinikanth is currently busy with the proceedings of Darbar, which is directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Subaskaran under the banner Lyca Productions. Touted to be a cop-based action film, Darbar is set to release on Pongal 2020. Soori will also be playing the lead in director Vetrimaaran's forthcoming project, which will be bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
