Actress Megha Akash, who was signed by Gautham Vasudev Menon for his Enai Noki Paayum Thota made her first on screen appearance in a Tamil movie in Karthik Subbaraj's Petta, that had Rajinikanth, Simran, Trisha, Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and others in the lead roles.
The star actress is also playing the female lead in STR's Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven that is releasing on February 1. Speaking to Behindwoods, she spoke about her role in Petta and how she feels after the release.
She said: "I'm overwhelmed and happy. I was eagerly waiting for a long time for the release of my first film. Couldn't have asked for a better first release."
She also spoke in detail about her experiences with Rajini in Petta.
