MASSIVE UPDATE ABOUT SURIYA'S NEXT COMES FROM THE DIRECTOR HIMSELF! VIRAL TWEET HAS FANS SUPER-HAPPY!

'Jai Bhim' is based on a true incident that happened in 1995. It throws light on how popular advocate and judge Justice Chandru who went beyond the call of duty to ensure that justice is served to Irular Tribe Community, specifically to Sengani, who's husband gets wrongfully convicted in a theft case and suffers custodial torture by the police. Apart from Suriya, the film features Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Rajisha Vijayan, Manikandan, and Lijomol Jose in pivotal roles.

Suriya was also working on his 40th film 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan' for sometime now. The movie is directed by Pandiraj and bankrolled by Sun Pictures. The film's shooting which was going on at a brisk pace has finally wrapped up. Director Pandiraj who constantly updates his fans about the film, took to Twitter to announce that the team had successfully wrapped up filming the action-packed entertainer.

'Etharkum Thuninthavan' marks Pandiraj's third project with Suriya after 'Pasanga 2' (2015) and 'Kadaikutty Singam' (2018). Actress Priyanka Arul Mohan who made her Kollywood debut with Sivakarthikeyan's 'Doctor', will be seen as the female lead in this upcoming film. The film will feature music composed by D Imman. The team had earlier unveiled three looks on Suriya's 46th birthday.

Apart from Suriya and Priyanka Arul Mohan, the movie will also feature Vinay Rai, 'Cooku with Comali' fame Pugazh, Soori, Sathyaraj, Saranya Ponvannan, Devadarshini, Ilavarasu, MS Bhaskar, Ramar and Thanga Durai. Famous Director-Actor KP Jagan is also part of the cast. Recently popular dance master, Jani took to his social media to announce that he has choreographed an energetic song in the film.
