'BIGIL-UM KAITHI-YUM...': DIRECTOR LOKESH KANAGARAJ EXPLAINS! VIDEO HERE!

The DOP of Kaithi is Sathyan Sooryan and Editor is Philomin Raj. The music is composed by Sam CS. Kaithi is expected to release on the October of 25th. Incidentally, Atlee directed Thalapathy Vijay's Bigil also releases on the same date.

When asked about what he thinks about this Diwali competition between Kaithi and Bigil, Director Lokesh Kanagaraj said that he does not think about such a thing, and that he only wishes that both films should do well, both films should be watched and supported by everyone. When asked if Vijay saw Kaithi movie, Lokesh mentioned that he or even the producers have not seen the film as the final mix was completed recently. 

The movie Kaithi happened mainly due to the dedications and sacrifices made by Karthi, Lokesh mentions because the shoot was required to happen only during nighttime. About female characters in the movie, Lokesh said that there are three main female characters in the movie, and as the film story happens overnight, there were already a lot to be told and a song and heroine in the movie was not required by the story.
