RELEASE UPDATE OF KARTHI'S NEXT VIRUMAN IS HERE -DETAILS!

After the film 'Paruthiveeran' in the career of actor Karthi, as a village youth, he acted in the hit film 'Komban'. The film was directed by director Muthiah. After a gap of a few years, the Karthi-Muthiah alliance has reunited with Viruman. The film is produced by Surya-Jyotika's 2D Entertainment. Earlier, Karthi starrer 'Kadikutty Singam' was produced by 2D. Composer Yuvan Shankar Raja joins director Muthiah for the first time. S.K. Selvakumar, who has done cinematography for ‘Managaram’ and many other hit films, is doing cinematography for this film. Thermal government sets up stunt scenes.

Prior to the shooting of Viruman, the film was shot in Madurai, Theni and its environs for 60 consecutive days. Talking about the shooting which ended on December 21, actor Karthi had earlier said that he is happy to see the people of Madurai after a long day.

Actor Rajkiran plays an important role in the movie Viruman. Starring Aditi Shankar (intro), Karunas, Suri, Vadivukarasi, Singampuli, Manoj Bharathiraja, Rajkumar, Indumathi, Vasumitra, Nandini, Hello Kandasamy, Velmurugan, TSR, OAK Sunder, Rishi and many more. The film is set in a rural setting. An additional feature of the film is that director Shankar's youngest daughter Aditi makes her debut as the heroine.

The release date has been announced on August 31st as the post-production work of Viruman is nearing completion. The promo for the song 'Kancha Poovu Kannala', which is already featured in the film, has been released on the internet. The song will be released in full on May 25, Karthi's birthday. The protagonist of the film Karthi has announced this on his social media page.
