Arun Prasad who starred in the well-known film ‘Meyyadamaan’ is starring in the serial as Bharathi and Roshini is seen as Kannamma. Kanmani Manoharan plays the role of the vamp Anjali. The story is as follows. Bharathi comes home to see Anjali who’s fair in colour. He accidentally ends up seeing Kannamma first, who’s the darker-skinned elder sister of Anjali and they both end up being married after Bharathi says he likes Kannamma. Anjali is distraught by the happenings and swears revenge on Kannamma.

Kanmani Manohoran, who hails from the modelling industry, has been receiving rave reviews for her portrayal of Anjali. A recent video of hers has been doing the rounds on Instagram. She could be seen without make-up and fans are going gaga over her.
