On account of Yuvan Shankar Raja's birthday yesterday, the team of Sandakozhi 2 had released the promo teaser of the second single, Kambathu Ponnu, from the film.
 

The full song has now been officially released in the form of a lyric video. This promo video has some colourful new stills featuring Vishal and Keerthy Suresh. The song is composed and crooned by Yuvan Shankar Raja with lyrics by Yegathasi. This romantic number is set in the festival backdrop that looks colourful and rich. 

While the audio launch date is yet to be announced by the team, the film will reach the theatres on October 18.
