BIG OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM KAMAL HAASAN'S VIKRAM; POWER-PACKED BTS VIDEO GO VIRAL!

"Vikram" starring Kamal Haasan is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Managaram, Kaithi and Master fame. The film also features actor Vijay Sethupathi and Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil. Kalidas Jayaram will be seen as Kamal's son.

Vijay Sethupathi is paired opposite Shivani Narayanan and Myna Nandini. Produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International, the first look poster was recently released and has attracted fans from all walks of life.

Girish Gangadharan, who won the National Award for Malayalam film 'Jallikkattu', will be handling the cinematography for Vikram. Anirudh will be seen composing the music. A preview of the film was released on the eve of Kamal Haasan's birthday and was well received. Sony Music has acquired the audio rights to Vikram's film.

Filming of 'Vikram' officially started in Chennai a few months ago. This was followed by the first phase of shooting in Karaikudi followed by Pondicherry and then Coimbatore.

The final phase of the film was shot in Chennai. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj had officially announced this a few days back by sharing a BTS photo of himself with Kamal. It was also announced that the film will be released for summer this year. The final phase of filming which started last December ended today (02.03.2022).

This was announced by the director himself by releasing a power-packed making BTS video. Sharing the video, Lokesh wrote, "After 110 days of shoot it’s a WRAP! Thanx to the entire cast and crew for the EXTRAORDINARY effort!"
