VETERAN PRODUCER RECOLLECTS HIS 25 YEAR OLD BLOCKBUSTER

Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu has given a lot of films through his production house V Creations. Thanu's first production was a film titled Yaar?, directed by Sakthi-Kannan and Arjun in the lead role. It has been 25 years since Kizhakku Cheemaiyile released, which was a blockbuster. He recollected the memories of those days and posted a tweet about the film.

Thanu is known for his innovative marketing strategies like promoting Kabali on an aircraft. He has also said that his upcoming film, 60 Vayadhu Maaniram is close to his heart and a satisfactory one. Kizhakku Cheemai was directed by Bharathiraja and the music was composed by AR Rahman.
