The film also stars Indhuja Ravichandran ,Mahima Nambiar, Balasingh and Kaali Venkat and others play crucial supporting roles. Magamuni is shot by Arun Padmanaban and the editing is done by National award-winning editor V.J Sabu Joseph. The film features music by S.S Thaman.

The film is bankrolled by K.E Gnanavel Raja under the banner Studio Green. For the unversed, Arya has another release in September, K.V. Anand and Suriya's multi-starrer 'Kaappaan', which is slated for 30th August release.

Recently, a sneak-peek from Magamuni had released which was very intense and invoking curiosity. Director K.V. Anand who had seen this, tweeted "What is this Arya!!! your hands, legs and even back is acting...Superb Arya, Hats off to Shanthakumar and his team". Check out the tweet below:
