Bhoomi, Jayam Ravi's 25th film has been written and directed by Lakshman, who had earlier worked with the actor in Romeo Juliet and Bogan. This film will see the successful combo once again and will have D Imman as the music director.
Produced by the actor’s mother-in-law, Sujataa Vijayakumar under the Home Movie Makers banner, the movie will mark the Kollywood debut of the latest sensation, Nidhi Agarwal. The film features Ashutosh Rana in the villain role. Meanwhile the cinematography of the film will be handled by Dudley. In the first look of the film, Jayam Ravi placed at the centre surrounded by the farmers.
The second look of the movie featured Jayam Ravi and Nidhi Agerwal with the announcement that the movie will release on the 1st of May this year. Now, we have exclusive news regarding the first song release - The first song that will be released from Bhoomi will be titled - VAA UZHAVAA - and it will be in the vocals of Anirudh!
Many pictures released from the video featured Jayam Ravi in the attire of a farmer, and the shoot has taken place mostly in rural areas. While an update has been long expected from this much awaited movie - this latest bit of news has come as a snowflake on a hot day!
