The actor will be sharing screen space with Srinidhi Shetty while veteran Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan is set to play a crucial role in the film. Vikram 58 features music composed by AR Rahman while Sivakumar Vijayan handles the cinematography department.

Recently, from his official Twitter account, Irfan Pathan shared a behind the scenes picture from the film, which captured the cricketer turned actor's suave and stylish look in the film while being directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu.

In the tweet, Irfan thanked the Tamil audiences for supporting his foray into Tamil cinema, thereby giving an update that the first schedule of shooting has been completed. He concluded the tweet with the popular catchline 'I'm waiting' from the Vijay-starrer Thuppakki.
