The Indian Performing Right Society (IPRS) has got its new chairman in the form of legendary poet and lyricist Javed Akhtar. Experienced copyright administrator Achille Forler was selected as the Permanent Advisor. In this newly formed development team, G.V.Prakash Kumar becomes the only one music composer hailing from Tamil cinema.
