We had earlier reported that the director is currently working on an upcoming project, which is tentatively titled as Joshua: Adhiyayam Ondru, which would be bankrolled by Ishari K. Ganesh of Vels Film International.

The film’s lead role will be played by Varun, who made his debut with Oru Naal Iravil, and was last seen on screen in his recent venture, Puppy. Varun is also a relative to the producer Ishari K. Ganesh.

The film also features debutant Raahei as the female lead. The makers have made this project official by releasing the film’s first look and the film is all set the screens on Valentine’s day 2020. It must be noted that the project’s title bears a striking resemblance to Yohan: Adhiyayam Ondru, the shelved project that was supposed to be directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon with actor Vijay in the lead few years back and music composed by AR Rahman.
