The other crucial roles were played by Karunas, Nishanth, Soundarya, Lena, Seshu, Aaru Bala, Jeeva Ravi, Ilango, Gopinath and Subramani.
This film released yesterday, February 28. The movie had a spectacular release and a positive response from the audience, with some popular theatres announcing that they had a wonderful opening for this movie. The day one box office collection reports in Tamil Nadu are now here, and the opening collections amount to Rs 2.76 crore gross amount. Quite a whopping number!
Draupathi throws light on a serious issue of fake registered marriage certificates. The movie is directed by Mohan G and is a crowfunded project which was organised by the director's GM Film Corporation. This is comparatively a small scale film which has apparently been given a massive opening in multiple theatres. Juban has scored the music for Draupathi, and the DOP-Editor duo is Manoj Narayanan and Devaraj S.
