OFFICIAL: VARMA TEASER TO RELEASE ON THIS SPECIAL DAY!

Director Bala's Varma, the Tamil remake of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Arjun Reddy, marks the silverscreen debut of Chiyaan Vikram's son, Dhruv. With debutante Megha Chowdhury playing the female lead, Varma also has Eswari Rao, Raiza, and Akash Premkumar playing important characters.
 

Earlier, the film's audio launch was speculated to happen on September 22 at Vellore VIT University. However, there has been a new change in the plans. The makers have announced that the first look and teaser launch, will instead happen, on September 23, at a private hotel in Chennai.

Along with the FL and teaser launch, actor Dhruv Vikram will also be introduced to the fans and media of Kollywood. It is indeed an even special day for the newbie as September 23 happens to be his birthday. 

E4 Entertainment bankrolls Varma, that mostly features fresh faces in its casting, except for a few known actors. The film is currently in its post production stages and is most likely to hit the screens by the end of this year.
