Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsAce director Vetrimaaran's latest sensational film was Asuran, which starred Dhanush, Manju Warrier, Ken Karunas and Teejay in central roles. The film was produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations and the fans are still awed with the mesmerizing film.
The director graced the Behindwoods Gold Medals 2019 with his presence and he received the medals for "The Best Director" for Asuran. While being on stage, the anchors Priyanka and Ma Ka Pa, asked the director what other actors he wants to work with, except for his favorite actor Dhanush, the director said that he is interested to work with everyone if he gets the opportunity.
The award presentee Ameer talked about Vetrimaran and Asuran and stated that Vada Chennai was not given national-awards due to politics and that Asuran must get many national-awards for the way it is made. "If Asuran doesn't get the national-award, we will stop recognizing it as a prestigious award" stated Ameer. Check out the video, below:
