The contestants have their own fan following. Contestants from the previous season like Pughal, Bala, Shivangi and Manimekalai are participating in this season as well. This season’s participants include Baba Baskar, Shakeela, Kani, Darsha Gupta, Pavitralakshmi, Deepa and Madurai Muthu amongst others.
Kani has been singled out for her performance. Many of you might not know who she is. She is famous for hosting ‘Sol Vilayattu’ game show on Makkal TV. She happens to be the daughter of popular director Agathiyan and the elder sister of Vijayalakshmi who happens to be an ex Bigg Boss contestant. Kani is married to director Thiru.
